Just a few shots of my valver project here!

The car has been in filler and primer for over 5 months, and i honestly thought i would never finish it......was almost on the verge of breaking it!

However, a new year,a new start! And a blooooody good 1 aswell!

Enjoy! plenty more work to be done and many more shots to come!

plenty more work to be carried out! But all of the body work is complete!

interior is next! Then the sounds!

As for wheels........I'm still deciding!

MK5 dash wasnt easy! it helps if you have a MK4 after 1997 as the wiring is similar.......

only thing not working is the revs......but these will never work as the car does not work on the can-bus system. so an after market rev counter is essential!

Loving that... Audi handles are awesome, will be gettin them at some point for my Polo!

Mk5 Dash... I wanted to do that, too much effort and time though, so i'll just stick with the Mk4

the handles were a complete bastard! i would not reccomend anyone doing it! honestly!

so far i have:

smoothed side repeaters

smoothed washer jets on bonnet

audi handles

smoothed ariel off the roof

smoothed thelines below the rear lights

smoothed front plate recess

smoothed the handle and badge on bootlid

DSP sideskirts

Painted all of my inner arches black and calipers and drums in silver

MK5 dash conversion

yet to come is:

porsche 911 seats

re-trim

sound system

some fricking good alloys!

lowering- coilovers or springs n shocks??

and much more which i can't think of at the moment.....

the only thing thats the same is the colour? yours has 8v bumpers, yours doesnt have audi handles, your doesnt have smoothed side repeaters ....
