Exterior: Few stickers on it. Has a part chalkboard bonnet.

Interior: standard, apart from panasonic tape player and cheeapo speakers in parcel shelf.

Good points: Right, its been lowered 60mm on one of those Philj kit (shocks and springs). Has a decat front pipe, Longlife centre section, and a philj twin tailpipe back box. Inside the car is clean. Its a good little runner, pulls well in all the gears. Now its been lowered it handles better rond the corners than on standard ride hieght. Has those special Xeon Headlamp bulbs fitted. Has a Pipercross Induction kit, may be going with it may not be.

Forgot to add, its got service history as well, Last service was by me (trainee mechanic), All the other services were done at proper garages. I have replaced the leads, plugs, oil and filter twice, dizzy cap. rotor arm, fuel filter. Comces with all the receipts i have for it, and a load of old MOT's

Bad points: Errm, mainly rust really. Bottom of the drivers wing is the worst. and other rust aorund the wheels arches. And some dotted about elsewhere. (but to me it adds character lol). ALs othe exhaust somtimes knocks on the body work on idling , ok when driving. (i would sort it, but no time to)

Alright mate, I am quite interested in having another Mk3 square!

I don't know how much it's worth. The chalkboard bonnet and stickers are putting me off slightly - but there will of course be people who do like them.

Might be worth getting some pics up of the rustiest bits. Quite obvious about that wing needing replacing, but that's not gonna cost the earth. Sills?

yeah i might take the stickers off. As this is only a feeler atm i wasnt going to get any pics today, but i can see you point. I will try tomorow after work if i get time. The sills are fine, will get pics of them, there is rust on them but only very very light surface rust.

Liek to add that a prevevious owner has painted all along the underneatherr the side strips, on the boddywork, with what look like that stone chip stuff. Not bad. will get pics up when i can. But as i said its only a feeler so i am in now rush.

That's funny, my mk3 had all the stone chip stuff under the side strips too.

I had an NZ breadvan and there great. With a bit of money spent in the right places can be made reasonably nippy to!

take it out and turn the lock from behind with pliers...there will be some grit init or sumat that just needs shifting, after than spray the bugger with grease and re-fit, that should solve the problem

i just aint got the time atm. i might do it sunday.
