Saw that one on there.. would avoid it like the plague thou peeps. The person who's selling it bought it a few days before he listed it for £206 with full service history and 130000 miles on the clock. It now has 143000 miles and no service history.. a little bit suspect if you ask me.. who loses 17 years worth of service history and clocks up 13000 odd miles in a matter of days??

Yeah it was listed on ebay a few days before by a different seller, It only sold for £206 due to it being stood for about 2 years in someones front garden. I'm thinking he's bought and got it through an mot... but that still doesn't explain the extra 13000 miles and loss of service history in a matter of 3 or 4 days

just read the ad again, doesn't actually say anything about the service history, just that its had 3 owners.

as for the extra mileage, did the previous seller bullsh1t when selling it, now this guy has put the real mileage up?

you would be doing pretty well to put 13k on a car in 4 days!

plus if you clocked it, surely you would take miles off rather than put them on!

Yeah but its now got a full MOT and he might have fixed the problem? So its gonna be worth alot more with that done.

to do 13k in 4 days you'd need to drive non-stop 24 hours a day for the whole 4 days and 4 nights at an average speed of just over 135mph :lol: :lol: Can't see that happening in a Polo GT somehow!

I nearly bought it too.. could of been 450 readies down the drain

I nearly bought it first time round, but thought it went a bit steep for a none-runner.

To be honest though, if he's put the time and work in, and got it testted, fair play to him. We've all got to make a living at the end of the day.

well bet you lttle lot are kicking your self's now as i'm the so called MUG that just bought it for £450 i might add and it's the best £450 i've spent, she's a minter on the inside and with only a small amout of work needed on the out side bargain if you ask me!!!!! i've had a few older polo's in my time and i can say that this one drive's straighter and smoother than any i've owned before, check again on the ebay add's and you'll see that first add mileage was a guess and thank's to steve he listed it with correct mileage!!!!

i nearly bought it first time round too, but bought another one instead. has wrong steering wheel and badge in grille should be black. If its that mint then it should have made more than £450!
