Polo's Reppin' 8V Bumpers

Featured Replies

Looking into replacing or smoothing my front bumper. I cant really be arsed with the whole smooth 16V bumper as i want something a bit different. I have seen 1 or 2 mk4's on here with the 8V bumpers that still look sick. Just interested to know the smoothing options and what splitters people are running. So upload any pics you think may help........thankyouplease...

Colour coded 8v splitter.

8v front FTW

Coor that does make a difference doesnt it! (Great Pic btw!)

IF your going to smooth it, get rid of the towing eye hole, and i'd get the numberplate recess removed and reposition it somwhere sneaky on the grille :D

Might need a photoshop whizz to manage that though....

Lol, I'm repping 8v bumpers and I dont like the look of 16v bumpers in pistashio green. Looks a bit erm. . . . in your face!!

But if i find some cheap enough when the time is right i'll do it!

I have a Polo saloon splitter in my garage, slightly wider so will have to be cut in the middle but think I'm gonna stick it on!!

Some1 photoshop a 8V bumper with no lower grille! Wait maybe thats not the best idea as surely that helps cool the engine?

^ I remember seeing that before. The wheels are so cool 8-)

Not the best chop, still.

Looks okay imo, shame it'd be a headache to do and impossible to run daily! Good show bumper though !
