what group is my car?

a 1043 cl coupe.

also what are the gt's

The 1l is a group 3. pretty high for a 1l if you ask me.

And I think the GT's are about 7, not sure on that though.

Either way since you have just passed they will both be expensive.

does the interior model (cl) make any differnece at all on insurance?

cheapest insurance I've found is 1300.

this is what i got told whe i was looking around

1litre = group4

1.3 = group 6

GT = group 7

does being a v-dub make the insurance more?

parker says 4 and a GT is 8

i thought gt coupe was grp 8 and squareback was grp 7

All 1.05s are group 4

All 1.3 non GTs are group 6 with the exception of the polo CL coupe which is group 7

Both squareback and coupe GTs are group 8

G40s are group 15

if the GT and 1.3 mk3 are both 8v's what is the difference between them? interior or wheel size? :s

GTs have multi point injection and higher compression, giving them 75 bhp instead of 55.
