Beetle Crisis

Featured Replies

Been watching Beetle Crisis on Discovery realtime - anyone else see the stance on that trekker they're working on? Made Testicle's old mk4 look like a 4x4!! Mmmm, nice - and I'm not normally a fan of super-low, but that looked sweet.

Didn't see tonights one, have canceled sky for a couple of months cause i'm skint :(

One of the few new series that isn't a bloody repeat.

This new series has been far better than the early ones especially when they were in California. That trekker looked like it was going to be mental(in a good way). The Z they put in the floorpan/body was extreme.

I still wish they would go into more detail with programs like this rather than perform fake tantrums like in Chop shop London which was ludicrous.

It was quite good tonight - they custom fabricated a load of panels for the trekker, and then fitted the front beam on it, put it on the floor, and then the guy trod on the beam with his foot, and it dropped into position less than an inch from the floor. He couldn't fit his hand underneath.

Sounds like it was a good one, will be watching it tonight :-D
