Yep it all makes sense.

As i said above i'l probs change to tesco in aug as they allow mods, and just leave it for now, if anythin it means that i'll be able to save more n hopefully if i get this job I'm wanting in aug then i might either keep the valver or just get a gti, obviously dependent on insurance.

Tesco told me i wasnt allowed mods till i was 25!!! they lie!!

but my insurance will still be in my mums name, simply because i cant afford to insure it in my own name. (plus she gets a CSMA discount thru liverpool victoria's sister company Frizzell.)

I'm thinkin i can get mods on it as the car is registered and insured in her name, so from an insurance point of view its totally her car and i borrow it from time to time.

my car was recently written off, had collies and after market alloys on it, changed the alloys and raised collies right up, the ins guy never even came and looked at it????

You need to declare...if you can't afford to add the parts then don't. Simple as.

I try and pay as little as I can.. I'm sure if people could get away with not saying they have coilies and not saying debagged grill etc etc they would..

So really this is

I pay an extra £200 so I can have a modification policey with Brentacre. I have a horse power limit but all mods are declared at no extra cost. I have alloys, big brakes, H&R, wishbone subframe and a number of other mods declared...they aren't even on the car yet...I'm ahead of the game.

Doesn't this mean the cars not in the state you say it is then?

so in effect if u wrote you are car off because u'v said u have all of these mods you could in theory claim for them all
