Currently I'm fitting new heater channels to it so it's tucked away in the unit

Non of that breaking down lark for me I go to most if not all the shows. If you get to the Volksworld Show at Sandown end of March I'll be there in it in the Restowagen line-up around the winners enclosure

However my previous of a few air cooled after 5 years decided to spend a year on the hard shoulder

Correct Java Green indeed, the only year they did it for the small window bugs :-D I had a 1641 lump in an old 1970 bug, went really well too. Nice ride by the way
