The White Square Of Doooooom!

Featured Replies

Had a new clutch, new distributor, new exhaust, mot Oct 08, tax until April 08, runs well, only a 1.0L, 43k on the clock, bit scabby around the edges but solid as fook underneath so not to fussed.

I will miss the power and braking of the Lupo, but it was definitely fun to be in an old car again!

Solid car, Interested to see what you do with it as a squareback owner myself.

I'm generally not a fan of modern cars but your Lupo looks great on the other thread.

A lot of folk say breadvans/squares are a challenge to modify and I would probably agree.

Before anyone gets it in:-

08 Year of the breadvan 8-)

RM's on this beast would be fun haha... Should we expect another rattyvan? Or is this going to be different?

Sorry my mistake, I knew you had previously had mk3's and very fine they were.

Just interested in what you do with a mk2 aswell.

This site is getting too loon heavy lol.

Yep, old cars are WAY better.

yer sure mate

Its called opinion.

welcome to the superior ranks of the mk2 owners :lol:8-)

The lupo was the spiritual successor to the Mk2/3 bready IMO.

I would have the Mk2 based merely on the money/simplicity factors!

Following on with the Mk4 and Breadvan rant ..

Breadvans in my eyes are compketely Gash ..

Mk4's arnt much better iff any better at all ..

Id say gop for the oldschool though

Dont really know why you have baught that car tho mate ...

Its a nice colour at least

Well,

The main reason I bought it was to keep the mileage of the Lupo while its up for sale. I've already put on 1,500 miles since advertising it.

The problem with that car is though, if your bored, you just end up going for a bit of a country lane blast cause its so fun to drive, lol.

Cool Heck! Is it a spaniard? .. or a wolfsburg build?

Alpine white 8-)

I'm guessing it'll be a spaniard. Its an F plate (think that makes it an 88?). I'm pretty sure F plate is a very late one, cause H is when the 2F came into play wasn't it?

Forgot to mention it comes with a spare carb and inlet manifold as well.

H was the changover, there are some H reg Mk2s.
