yeah I've got a 125cc 4-stroke bike, and if you run it with no exhaust at all it sounds like a gunshot. started it in my garage and almost deafened me

My dads triumph tr6 has no exhaust on it at the moment

But god I hate it when you get people revving their standard 1.* litres..Why draw attention to your car if it's not got anything good to show

This is why I like my Camry, 2.5 litre and virtually silent below 5000rpm.
