Hi I got my new steelies fitted they are from a Mk3 Golf 6j x 14 with 185 / 55 / 14 Toyo CF1's. :-D

Also Fitted my Momo wheel and knob and German style pressed plates. :-D

It is currently sitting on 40mm lowered springs, I think it needs a 60mm drop.

Not so sure on the Momo, but you could have done worse! I like the coupe S wheel myself :)

That looks great! I want some pressed plates, I'm fed up of my standard-issue plastic plates getting damaged and going rotten (water + dirt behind the lacquered finish)

Thanks for the kind comments, The steelies were a crimbo prezzy from the missus :-D . The momo wheel and nob have'nt seen daylight for nearly 6 years yet again the missus bought me them for my 21st B Day ( they were last fitted to my Golf Mk2 GTI ).

I've just realised that I have'nt had a VW on the road for 6 years , man, time flys when you get a mortgage, have 2 excellent kids :-D and become all grown up.

Some subtle mods make for a great car. Love mk2 'loons, and the knob and wheel are the same as mine... great choice:-)
