Hey guys and gals, I've been on the forum for ages had a standard mk4 which sadly got written off in december but id planned on buying a yellow 9n which i was saving for so its just arrived sooner!

I bought it friday paid quite a bit for it but i defo feel i got my moneys worth, WAS spotless but on my way to my mates yesterday someones wheel trim flew off on the m25 and hit the bumper giving the polo her first scratch :( pics to follow at bottom.

I'm in love with her anyway and shes called bumblebee, 1.4 16v, S model with factory fitted sport kit, 35,000miles, mint condition until yesterday!

Plans are to buy coilies and a new set of black alloys for show season, also considering smooting bumpers now or colour coding the bump strip as I'm gonna fix the scratch anyway.

I will start a progress thread when i start mods but i thought id show her off in her lovely state as it is now

I`d keep the bumpstrips black, they`ll go well with black wheels, and will be a true bumblebee :-)

Just get them wheels painted black look sweet

i atually do like the colour, i reckon keep the bump strips, drop and smooth it with black rims and a very slight tint all round..

dont wanna paint these alloys black i like them as they are... coilies are first on my list so i can slam it as the alloys are fine... then i want something like audi pepperpots in black with colour coded lips and centre caps.... i think they're probs too small but they're the sort of wheels I'm after!

I'm after the front splitter all will come in time only had it since friday and once i got the splitter il sort out the scratch on the bumper at the same time when the splitter is sprayed!

splitters should crop up so look out for any bargains... coilies shouldnt be difficult to get hold of...but i hope u'v got plenty of ££ put aside as i wont look for cheap stuff!
