Medical Issues

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I had epilepsy when I was younger, and because of this for the first 7 years of driving, I have to have a medical every 3 years (numbers dont add up i know...DVLA :? ) So this also means that my licence expires every three years for the first 7 too. Well it will be 3 years in June and my licence is up.

I was just wondering if anyone has been in this situation too? And what happens? Does the DVLA contact you or do I have to contact them? Do I have to pay for this medical or not?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Alex
