I have heard people take about wobble bolts to get wheels with different PCD onto their hubs.

I have heard some people warm off them and i know you need to makes sure the wheel has to have the same hub centric as OEM.

Also what is the limits of the wobble bolts?? 1mm or 2mm or even 3mm

any info would be handy. and does anyone have a picture of the actual bolts, I've never seen them.

my mate ran these on his punto show car (very nice, but none of us dubbers would like it). anyway in order to get any 18's on it he used wheels that were 4x100 the punto being 4x98) and he was advised that 2mm was the most you can go with wobble bolts.

also i believe it can work the other way, i.e fitting mini wheels to 4x100 vw's

a guy i met with a GT had wobble bolts so he could run a set of alleycats off a mini on his GT. as far as i know hes not had any problems and thats over 2 years ago i met him

As long as you use spigot rings they'll be fine!

i ran mini wheels on my Jetta for 200odd miles with the stock vw bolts (pics are on this forum in another thread somewhere), and no spigot rings. didn't go over 70 the whole time tho, mainly cuz i only had about 20mm groundclearance (mini wheels are 101.6mm)

A wobble bolt will allow a couple mm of pcd tolerance, so in my car, and in your friends case, they'd be fine provided they were coupled with spigot rings.

thanks for the replies guys. Well i wanted to go 108mm to 100mm so even wobble bolts wont be any good for my use.
