Nice!

You give lots of pennies for it?

Nice BBS are your friend though ..

so thats why you put it back to standard!

only got the mag through yesterday - the fact i'd changed spec to nearly the same is a cooincedence.

I got it for a decent price... but have spent lots of time and a decent amount of cash on niggly little bits on it.

It'll be for sale soon though!!!

Cool

How does it feel compared to G40s? I've always imagined they'd not feel so brutal and a bit more refined. Guessing that one will have a nice spec list to make it extra comfy!

not as seat of your pants quickness, but pretty quick. Goes round corners toooo and it just keeps on going at the top end till you bottle it on private roads!!!! even lowered about 80mm its still much more comfty than a g40 on std shock, let alone konis/lowered/

Plus it has pas, leathers leccy windows and fantastic brakes making it comfy as a daily

Even as standard mk2s handle pretty well I find. Compared to mk3 Polos anyway! I've never driven a mk2 on coilovers/lowered so I don't know but I'd image they'd pretty good.

How come your selling? Looks like a tidy car with a good spec!

This does need some love rather than being used daily/unwashed as it has been!!!

I bought a non-runner mk3 g40, thats nearly ready to use (FSH and 94k on clock)

I have another g40 project

something has to give and this car was instead of a sensible daily diesel!! in reality the mk3g40 will just be cheaper to tax/insure/buy petrol for to use every day and as i've had umpteen of them then it takes me less time to do any jobs on them!

looks nice that mate, why are you selling it though?

and yea I've noticed mk2's are alot better handling than mk3 polo's. Specially on coilovers :D

see above - too many cars and this one deserves more love!!!

yea just saw that lol

hope it goes to a good home

Part of the reason I've bought that mk2 square!

Has the leather aged well in there??

Where will yo be advertising??

the leather looks almost the same as it does there - few cracks but nothing major and no rips/bolsters ok.

Prob advertised it far and wide - edition38/dubforce/here/autotrader

When the time comes just drop me a line 8-)

well to be fair i'm only delaying the sale to try and do a few niggly jobs on it - bleed the clutch, clean the abs sensors - make sure its timed right etc and thats made me put 6 months tax on it this month

btw its lost the aircon pipes (they must not have worked) and intercooler shroud in the midst of time which is a bit of a bummer
