Just heard the thing running and it's sweet as a nut, starts first time and idles lovely with no oil leaks or coolant loss.... but what do you expect, it's got West Germany under the bonnet :)

New starter motor and new disks and pads just fitted (has done 5 miles since they were fitted a couple of weeks back)

No service history but logbook is present.. what more can you want for 60 sheets

Dont think it'll need much (if anything?) All brakes, lights, wipers etc work and no heavy rust anywhere. tyres are within legal limits, all locks/doors work fine.

No videos off it running mate but feel free to come and have a look

Would your mate be interested in putting a test on it if that were paid for? cos I might be interested if it had a test. Would need to drive it back up to Scotland if it passed etc.

I've seen this car running guys, i was going to buy it! The old boy wants 250 for an mot and those of you saying why only 60quid, cuz its a mk2 polo! Come on, work it out man! It a shit hot little car, i drove it a little bit and everything works,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, in all honesty the only reason why i didnt get it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, coz its blue! Depending on how far you are... if you offer the guy some money and cover his fuel costs he may be able to offer you a tow as he has a big volvo with towbar etc
