it was the full international track so yeah the one that goes right down to shell oils.

The track day itself was £119 and I used about £45 fuel but that includes driving there and back which is about 45 miles each way in heavy traffic.

It was supposed to be a sessioned day but since there were only about 10-15 cars turned up they just made it open pit lane which is much better!

Dam, can't see the vids.

Looked like a cracking day there!!!

I had a blast round Oulton in a formula ford, but nothing compared to trying your own motor!!!!

hard to say really, bloke in the xr2 drove it in the classic touring car racing championship so was pretty good in the bends and it was obviously pretty well setup. He seemed to think it was near stock engine-wise but the speed of it on the straights seemed to suggest otherwise! Anyway, he wasn't out for long before he broke the exhaust manifold and spent the rest of the day trying to fix it. The mk3 fiesta wasn't really been driven hard at all or just wasn't very good, went past it loads of times.
