everyone knows how powerful M5's are and if you want to be stupid then go for it.

i've been driving for 6, 1/5 years now and even i wouldn't just go out and buy a car that fast, it his own fault, 18 + 500bhp = big problem

sad thing is he had mates in the car to, who also died. does seem slightly mad to let someone that young loose with such a powerfull machine, hell enough young people do a good enough job of killing themselve in 1 litre motors. it has to be said though too many people get in a car and dont bother to learn how it handles before giving it some stick, this case being a good example

the airstrips arnt like the airstrips we have over here! over in america they are also used as normal roads too, which is a bit crazy!

i drive m5's at work cus i work for bmw, and I'm only 18, but theres not way i'd have the guts to do stupid speeds like that.. way too scary.

I've got a m8 who passed his test in 3 days and sometimes get to drive his dads M5 or the 911 and gladly i can say he does very rarly take people in it and drives it safely.

Surely anyone with anysence would no that unless your a racing driver or similar you wouldnt want to turn the traction control off even more so when youve only had the car for 3weeks!

Jesus! Some of you lot have no feelings? He was on an airstrip. Yes he did crash. But theres no reason to call him an "Idiot". Put it this way, if any of you lot here had the chance of owning a brand spanking new M5 @ 18 You'd say "No"?...Ballz! It was an accident.
