Comments: This car has given me so many problems since I first purchased it, however it's finally coming together. Since I bought it in June, it's had a new engine, a new clutch, a new cambelt, a new waterpump, new aircon compressor. Now runs sweet as though.

Jinxed it as soon as I posted this thread, the battery went yesterday needing a new one!

Thanks guys :)

where did you get the red piping for the front grill? I've tried using halfords tape but it looks shit lol

u know what i think max, hope mine will come along nicely 2......

Red piping is just tape, however it was heated on before application, so it stuck well.

You can buy different grill piping, which there's a seller for on ClubLupo. My friend bought that for his Lupo GTi and been very happy with it.

id like to know were u r plannin on puttin you are plate lol !!

Very nice!

i personally like the original lights better max, but that may just be me :)

Get the arches done and get it lower ;)

hey Max,

thought I'd leave you a comment as I havn't done so far, car looks lovely, especially on those rims are they Rs' or Rm's?

Cheers for the comments guys,

@ Tom - they're RMs, Phil's old wheels

@ Phil - I'm quite happy with the height at the moment, especially as the car gets abused for uni - home trecks heavily laden all the time. The new lights look good in some shots and bad in others. They're definitely different, but I kept the standard ones in case I decide to change them back.

Have a small new addition coming very soon :)

ah I didn't know he was taking them off the polo, not that Direct Line would let me put them on my car..assholes!!

Looks really nice on yours tho matey

I'm intrigued by this new addition...are we allowed to know?

Very nice mate :) looks mint

Martin.
