Spot of techno help required....

I'm looking to replace my standard Mk2 grill on my Polo C with a twin spot grill I've sourced off a GL.

I assume someone else will have done this before and will know if this is just a simple plug and play process or if there is any kind of rewireing involved?

Keep in mind that I view anything electrical as being the work of the devil and I break out in a cold sweat changing a plug!

Pointer, pitfalls, cheats (conversions or loam extensions) would be appriciated...

I didnt change the grills on mine but can remember how the wiring goes, the live feed goes to the full beam live on the outer lights and the ground to the normal ground on the the main lights, so basicly just piggy backs off the normal lights loom.

Thxs - So they are on when mains are on full beam.

Anyway that I can run them off the existing fog light switch to switch on on demand? ie: when the rear fogs are on.

Also - do they need a separate relay / fuse ??

i bought a ring spot/fog light wiring kit, mine come on on full beam but use separate rely

i could of wired them so they worked on a switch
