well i got some 6x9's to fit up now, they were a bday pressie off a neighbour, so i have master plans, mum says leave the Classix for now.

its very red and angular !!

my mate had one with Mk1 golf rear arches and slammed and it looked really good

if your going to put 6x9's in parcel, are you making a stealth shelf or having speakers on display?

the material that the parcel shelf is made from isn't good enough to aid the speakers!

i'd say either make a new parcel shelf, or bolt on a 6mm MDF sheet on the underside and bolt the speakers to that. might be a little heavy for the standard shelf though!

6x9's are in now, and yea my mum and alloys really dont mix, she has some on her pug which looks neat but i f***in hate it lol, anyway a load of people have put there 6x9 speakers on there parcel shelf and its about a cm thick as it is no need to worry about it, anyway it looks good. pix will come soon
