does anyone know any good places around Berkshire that do re-trimming. need and audi steering wheel done in alcantara. how much would it cost roughly

they only do leather :?

you could try trimmania, they are in the Hogwood industrial estate just outside reading! had a seat repaired there and they were very reasonable!

£300 + vat to get in re-trimmed in alcantara

Bloody hell! he only charged me £20 to fix a bolster in my seat! maybe i won't be going there to discuss a retrim!

if your rims already leathered and stitched e.t.c try un stitching it and templating the std patches and making your own? someone in the family can stitch it all together neatly maybe? just an idea

got another quote today.

£240 for steering wheel and gearknob. pretty steap, but my uncle said hes willing to pay that :shock:

thats silly money!

buy a new wheel and gear knob for that and still have loads of money left over! :S

now u must understand how much some crazy people pay for full-retrims

its just stupid the amount they charge
