I am upgrading my GT's front calipers to Mk1 Golf GTI VWII Calipers so i can use 239mm vented discs i am after some braided brake hoses, and have found that venom motorsports and pitstop developments sell em'. Trouble is, do i get Mk1 Golf GTI ones (obvious choice) or Polo G40 ones???

Just dnt want to get caught out.

but surely the length of the hose will be different between the 2?

negligable i should imagine.

just tried cross referencing the part numbers on gsf site, but getting some odd results. i'll have a look at ETKA when i get home and see if that'll answer it.

Just go for the G40 ones. They used that caliper and the master cylinder/copper brake lines are in the same position as GT ones, so there shouldn't be any issues.
