Forget the kits on eBay. You don't need a dump valve on a G40, that's what the BRV on the throttle body is for.

It's not an oil supply as standard in the same way that bearing is supplied with oil...it's just the oil breather from the crank case chucking up vapours. You get rid of the vapour then you need to replace it with the PTFE lube.
