Bit of a naff question but will a T-cut for matallic paint that I bought for me old mk4 CL

(metallic grey) work on me black mk4 16v (dont think its metallic, anyone know for sure?)

dont take this as gospal but id say it'd work i think the colouring just helps get the job done quicker on the specific colour.

but i wouldnt use green on red or likewise.

try it on a small discreet area and if it doesnt look good get some black stuff :p

t-cuts only desingned to try and polish scratches out not for doin a whole car to do a whole car your better with ferrecla g3 or g10 then finish with blacktop

Yeh was just looking to try polish out some key'ed marks n other small scratches n scrapes...

The T-cut i got is for any metallic/pearlescent paint colour by the way!

So would it be best to use that ferrecla g stuff anyway or be alrite to use the metallic T-cut i got?

If the g3/g10 wheres best place to get it?

ideally g3 and g10 needs to be put on with a buffer

you can get it from most paint suppliers

t-cut is rubbish though

when i get called to a scratch that will polish out, usually can't be felt when you run your nail across it

i flat back with 2000 wet and dry until the sctratch is gone then buff with G3 then G10 and finish by hand with black top
