Hiya I have a mk4 polo 1.4 8v CL on a p plate (1997) with 100k on I've Just put 12 months m.o.t on it from last monday and has tax till end of sept o8,I'm selling it as GEARBOX has gone and I've brought a mk2 golf to get my around.I was looking for £600 but if not any interests I'll strip it,great little project car for some1 mechanically minded to fix up there is quite a few mod's i.e lowered bout 60/70mm all round 15 inch wolfrace wheels with 2 new tyres on front and backs have about 3/4mm tread,angel eye head lights with switch in car to turn on/off,debadged,wolfsburg gearknob,wolfsburg door pins,jvc head unit with 6X9 in parcel shelf and sub and amp in boot (6oowatt i think but have to look) momo steering wheel (unknow what 1) 2 cobra clubman bucket seats with harness's.recently serviced with stamps from vw apart from few all others.I think thats about it all i can think of at the moment,If I decide to strip I will list everything on here soon if there is no interest's.

I've been told its the gearbox by a local garage (It maybe something inside the box that has Just snapped but it has'nt been takin apart so I could'nt say.The engine runs sweet no probs has lots of stamps from vw (service history, up to about 60/70k)Just clocked 100k,I've Just spent out £200 to get though m.o.t last week I've put 2 new front tyres on,both number plate holders & bulbs,horn was'nt connected properly,new middle pipe and back box on it also done all done 300 miles. Sorry wont take anyless.

If you could get it towed or delievered to milton keynes i will give you the £600 at the weekend and sort something out for petrol expenses.

my gearbox mate has a reconditioned box in his garage so id love to take it off your hands mate

Also is the plate still registered with the car at the minute?? Coz itll take a while to get all the documents and shit tranferred to the origional plates

YES IT WONT TOW WITH THE WHEELS ON THE GROUND YOU HAVE TO LIFT THE FRONT OF THE CAR UP TO MOVE IT
