Just a quick pointer, danny lee i notice ygot the flange type trumpets... You will need the slot in type to hold the auxilary chokes in place properly.

The auxiliary chokes are the large type:

They are 45 size venturi's which some sources say is too big, but I just can't be sure.

basicaaly the engine runs but the revs dont drop down u rev it and it hangs ther THE THROTTLE LINKAGE IS NOT STUCK IT IS FREE AND SPRINGING ALL THE WAY BACK PERFECTLY so maybe its feul pressure?? to high or fuck no's i have 2 ring up aldon 2moro I'm gettin a little fucked off

well a little update will get pics of the engine later but so far:

got car running and had 2 remove all ecu controlled ignition and fueling thats now dun.

got a coil/loom/dizzy of a m2 1.3 golf

and bypassed the ecu for the fueling

needs the timing setting up and the carbs setting up agen and c how it goes!
