The guy who bought it off me was called "Oxogenic" - he painted it a weird Mitsubishi red colour ,smoothed the tailgate and swopped my Schmidts for a set of Chromed Schmidts the tried to put it into The Polo Show 2003 (?) show and shine as his own car - and got Owned with 1 point for "Andy's old car"!

It was the raped about for a while, and then stripped and dumped - then MrPoloGT bought it (?!?) and restored her to some kind of useable spec - it was sold on again to someone else who couldnt get enough for her whole and stripped her again! Since then I done know where she is.

Dont worry though there is another "Amber" in the pipework! ;)

here is some info Last keeper change 27.10.2007

Point to point on a local road is kept up with my mates F reg Digifant Golf GTi. a 20bhp & 20lb/ft of torque for a few home done mods isnt a bad out come) it went to a bodysjop for the paint work and having the numberplate recess removed, but the bumper was the one off Venoms VR6 Polo!

It took a good few goes through different bumpers and different lights to get it how I liked! Plus my first set of alloys was a set of BBS RW's!

Those seats look like the 6n GTi seats from europe?
