fitted my philJ coilovers the other and the front has about 10mm thred left and the back has about 20mm left. and the back is sitting lower

is it because of the aint roll bar?

could be the anti roll bar hitting the floor but iam not 100% but i think there is a different ratio between the rear and the front as in if u have the same amount of thread left front to rear it might not be even in height

Iv got quite alot of thread left on ym rears and my car nealry sits level mate.

The rear of a car almost always sits slighty higher than the front as standard, duno if iv helped at all.

Back always sits higher. Not much thread left on my fronts, but looads left on the backs and I only have a small nose down thats hardly noticable.

i think it s to do with the top mounts i haven't got any therd out the top of the nut when its in the car

Same here. Did you screw it all the way down will there was no thread left? I had to screw the top nut right down till I couldn't push the top cap down by hand..

the main difference is u need to put the bearing before the spring top seat nut.

That's exactly what I did (iirc). I was contemplating leaving out the bearing but put it on to reduce play in the strut..

i compressed the spring while it was on the car so the top cone seat was down all the way.

to compress the spring just jack up underneath the wishbone.

WOW CAMBER! time to get that sorted i say and that rear camber is mad awell

nah time to get spacers!

that camber will be eating tyres if your not careful though and if you have money for new tyres every few months then i take it back but if not i highly reccoment getting it aligned

yer its next on my list

dont use the car much any way

turn a wheel on full lock and check if the anti rollbar is catching on the chasis as this was the case for my mate if so rip it out lol :)
