I am looking at getting a left hand drive GT as my first car.

Does this affect the price of insurance in any way? I know when doing quotes it usually asks if the car is LHD or not but dont know how much it affects the price.

Does anyone have any experience in insuring LHD cars?

normally the same ish = but excess is much higher as yr more likely to bump it with visability impaired

Depends on the insurer, some won't touch it, particularly for a new driver.
