Never had one so I can't help you mate..Is there no number you can ring? I'm sure they've made it very easy to allow people to pay them

If you can remember where you were parked when you got the ticket, give them a call and explain what's happened. They'll be able to sort it out, or put you on to company that does the tickets.

Edit: sorry for spamming. This happened to my dad a couple years back, thing is though he was legally parked, they never chased it up anyway...

If your local authority allows it you can pay online. You will need to enter your registration number.
