I've got the elbow but i think there is a piece missing! Done a search but cant seem to get the right angle

Its looks like i'm missing the lower part!

I've got the red part, but missing the green.

i presume the green bit bolts to the throttle body, then the red bolts to the green???

what i did was screw screw 3 nuts to the 3 studs on from the throttle body, and put the elbow over the 3 studs and got 3 new bolts and screwed them onto the 3 nuts that were on the 3 studs.

sounds complicated but if u understand it then it merely is just an extension of the 3 studs.

from what i can remember, it was 1 unit, not in two different sections... this pic was taken jus over 2 years ago now from when i had my 1l mk3.

You're supposed to extract the three threads from the 1.3 Throttle body and then fit the 3 bolts and 3 studs that came from the the car the new TB was off (same idea as martinbs but the official method)

Have you blocked up the oil breather on the front of that elbow martinb?
