hi guys has anyone ever had problems with wolksapart/volkswagen spares in kent? as at the moment therye behaving like real cowboys with me and am debating wether or not to take them to court just wondering if they're always this bad or just a one of with me?

I've used them a couple of times for mail order parts and never had an issue... whats the problem?

had a gearbox from them a few months ago which after fitting i discovered had an extra 4th gear cog fitted inplace of the fifth and they're not being reasonable to get it sorted obviously its been a while now and the petrol costs are rediculous as its my only car at the moment

I've used them numerous times,occasionally had the wrong bits sent out, but they've always sorted it out pretty quickly without any agro.
