Trying to get the salisbury meet up and going again this year.

Who's interested in a meet on Sunday 6th April @ Waitrose?

Fingers crossed I'll have the porsche rims on for the meet.

Rollers won't be booked for this meet but it could be arranged for meets in the future.

Had mine run the other week and its 69.8 bhp at the wheels (about 93 at the fly I'm told) well chuffed as its only ment to be 75 at the fly!

Thats proboly because i have not been to any meets before

Could be a bit quiet as its the first one this year, just trying to see whos replied on the other forums. Shrek and James should already be there and of course the Janspeed polo should be there too!

Well what can I say...

Janspeed was a flop! Thank you to those of you that did manage to make it.

The plan now is to go back to the rules of last year.

1st Sunday of the month

4pm start

Waitrose/JJB carpark on the ring road (no speed bumps for all you belly draggers)

Next meet will be 6th April @ Waitrose/JJB carpark for 4pm.

I'm up for the the next one sort off missed this will be there in the mk3

I have never been to a meet before, so a bit curious.....

This is my 1st ever car, its a mrk 2 polo (Pic below), its not perfect obvously with a bit of rust and things, but is it worth me coming?

What kind of things go on on meets?

Any info would be great.

everybody is welcme my polo is rusty and is a shed but who cares

Mine does over 300 miles a week so mines not exactly perfect either!

We tend stand around talking about cars, comparing ideas and copying each others mods!

Its a good way to get cheap parts too, you never know what other people might not need anymore!
