Just phoned my insurance and the outcome!

"I'll be happy to let you know but i'm not gonna charge you anything extra for that"

Nice one! :D

I know it was wrong and i shouldn't have done it!!!

How does it make me a bigger risk is the question!!!!

Why do i deserve to pay an extra £300 a year for my car and extra £200 a year for my bike when

it in no way affects my current risk of driving as i now have a full car and bike license???

After all insurance is based on risk assessment!!!

If anything it has taught me to drive more carefully esspecially as i could easily lose my license if i get another 3 points!! (and have to retake my car and bike test)

Based on that, i think i should have to pay less than someone who was caught speeding as they could easily commit this crime again.

Please read my point of view carefully!

I get your view, but look at the view of the insurance company.

Would a bank hire someone who robbed a bank 5 years ago? Yes that's an extreme, but it's still the same theory. You broke the law once, they see it as more of a chance of you doing it again compared to someone with a clean licence.

told you pal.... you'll probably find that it DOES go up come renewal time, but 3 points is nothing to worry about, anymore than that and i'd be seriously concerned

I do see your point but i still think that insurance companies dry ass fuck you for it!

As its a legal requirement to have insurance to drive on the public highway i must pay what ever the insurance company wants to charge. Ok they are in competition with each other so i can get the cheapest quote but it still aint cheap.

Is it me or do young drivers pay more today then they did 5 years ago???

2 years ago my mate insured his 1.6 golf for cheaper them i would pay for my polo with a clean license!!!
