One question I've gotta ask here...

You know how it is, you're driving along, and you see in the distance a nice polo coming towards you, so it grabs your attention...

What do you do?

Do you flash them, or wave at them?

Or do you just watch the car go past lol...

It's just that when I drove my mini, I used to flash other mini drivers like mad, and wave like a complete nutcase!!!!!

You'd get the odd one who gives you the stangest look, but most of them waved back with excitement.

What happens on the polo scene?

Usually drive past tbh. A lot of the polos I see are generally mod'd so I dunno if they're just chavs with not enough money for a bodykit yet or what.

Other dubs like golfs I get scared My polo is too small to acknowledge

I'll flash and give the " " if it's a mk 1,2 or 3 Polo

but not if it's a newer model Polo.

I only really wave if its MK3s, never really get many flash at me its normally Golf and Scirocco drivers for some reason!

i usually put me thums up or toot the horn, sometimes you get a shocked face just staring at you thinkin what the f*ck which usually makes me laugh. only usually do it to other mk3's or polos with the cp sticker if i can see it.

If i see a VW coming I usually try to spot any mods then raise my hand and nod apropriately.

Unmodified = Ignore

Obvious Dub enthusiast = Raise hand and nod

Possible Ripspeed enthusiast = Wait for him to wave and nod then reply.

snap, if i see someone at a petrol station or something i'll normally lean out the window and say nice car or sumat aswell

i just watch them, but i have had someone else in a mk2 give me the nod. lol

I don't normally do it but did see a sweet splitty that stuck my thumb up too, got a nod back aswell :p

Never did it so much in the Saxo but in the Mk3 I used to give a nod or a thumbs up if I saw a nice Polo drive past, especially if it was a Mk2 or 3

if its a nice looking dub ill flash it, especially if its a mk3. Newer ones not so ofter but if it is nice then yeah.

theres a purple VR near me in camberley and every time we drive past each other, we both give that knowing nod lol

like a knob, if they look at my car, I flash my fog light LOL as if they're going to be looking in their rear view mirror at me!! lool...

Thumbs up usually, but its harder to tell if they're a dubber, most of the time its just an old bloke or chav, to which the response will be an astonished stare or a middle finger.....
