i flash and wave!

I used to do this alot when I was in the Fiat Cento scene a while back. The majority of owners would wave back :-D ... The old grannies didnt

I used to get flashed a hell of alot when I had the MK2 Golf GTI. Even by non golf drivers! Was quite weird :-) Used to find that I would get let out alot more at junctions! Same when I drove an Uno Turbo.

haven't really had much chance to drive the Polo around yet but so far, haven't had any flashes or waves I have passed a few MK2s but they took no notice...

Lol, I used flash and nod in the Polo if I spotted a clubpolo sticker or it was a nicely modded mk 1,2,3. Now in the daily Clio I just tend to Nod and look back! Might get a sticker saying my other car is a VW, or a Clubpolo sticker...but it may come across strange!

i always flash madly lol! all about being friendly... some are arrogant and pretend they never saw you though :) ill certainly give any mark of polo a flash unless it looks chavved up...if i see the usual subtle mods or something like a debadged grille etc and it looks pretty tidy then ill always give em a nod n a flash

I get alot of stares and such from other 9n3 drivers but i dont usually flash or wave just look as they go past and admire.

i look at other dubs but only really get attention in the Corrado

use to get flashed and waves from everyone in the golf gti, even from people not in a vw somtimes. I do flash or wave if its a decent vw, if not then its probably some mum going shopping in her mk4

It's just that when I drove my mini, I used to flash other mini drivers like mad, and wave like a complete nutcase!!!!!

because there old-skool car's. not many of them about now. same with motorbike's, they aknowledge each other.

i tend to keep my eye's on the road when I'm in my polo, when I'm in the STI i cant stop looking around, i love the attention

The Older dudes driving there older cars are the people that wave to be honest ..

To be honest there isnt so much of a waving craze as there is in other cars . Although Campers always wave ..

I suppose if you got a camper though, and see another camper (or any aircooled for that matter) then you know it is most definetly an enthusiast.

anyone else find they concentrate alot harder on the cars that are driving past then on the road sometimes?
