i've not flashed or waved anyone yet. I have never seen another car with a clubpolo sticker on it. Mine might be quite difficult to see aswel as the only one I have on my car is at the top of my windscreen.

i normaly wave if theres a fit bird behind the wheel lol, and at vdub campers n bugs i give the thumbs up

woman pulled up next to me in a mk3 gt gave her a wave n what not, and asked if she wanted to swap....

You tend to know if the person is a VAG enthusiast or not.

If ther car is modded Euro style i flash and give a thumbs up or nod, usually get the same back too

I never look out for fucking stickers though.. how on earth can u see them!

I remember when samgt flashed me at a junction and i nearly crashed into him cos i thought he was letting me out but he wasn't

What I do is let them passed and then just post a topic in you've been spotted. You can have a conversation with them then rather than just wave at them.

Usually give a thumbs up to mk2/3's

How do u people find the time to flash?? while driving?? If i'm at a junction n see one i'll pop the sunroof, stand up n give em a real big flash but i jus get shocked looks How do u all do it??

I used to wave at older Polos which looked like the owner cares - but nowadays I'm usually driving something other than my car so it would just confuse people.

Actually, that reminds me, I had a VW Caravelle on test in January, and a guy driving another one waved at me. Quite funny. :)

i never see any modded polos round my way :( no need to wave and flash, have been chased down the m25 by someone who knew me tho, i didnt recognise them as they had changed their polo to a clio

I never see any polos that look like theyv been looked after round here so i dont but if i did see one i would. I always keep a look out for anyone off here when I'm in newcastle but i never see anyone :(
