How the polo looks at the mo..

Featured Replies

well seeing as my cars going to be going through some fairly dramatic changes very soon i thought i'd post up some pics of how it looks at the mo as i got the chance to play around with some proper studio lighting tonight! came across some fella with a bit of lighting kit out with him this evening taking pictures of his leon cupra, got chatting and next thing i know he's letting me have a go with my camera and his kit!

anyway new wheels should be here in a couple of weeks and dare i say it should be a world first on a 6N which is quite exciting! got a few bodywork mods planned to which are also fairly different to the norm aswell as a set of new rear lights waiting to go on!

here's the pics comments more than welcome, cheers guys! :-D

i really like the hub caps, but the zip ties spoil them-i guess its the only way to hold them on securely?

the lighting looks spot on

what is that brown strip on your sill trim in the last pic? just daily dirt i hope lol!

are you going to be a bastard like dave used to be and not say what wheels your getting or what youve got planned???

overall it looks simple yet effective.....8-)

car always looks "tidy as"

love it n hope the new rims suit it as much as the others. ;)

the brown patch on the sill is rust! saving at the mo for some serious bodywork so that should cure that problem! as for the wheels yes they are a secret although a few people know, 15's still and 8's front 9's rear should be interesting!!

cheers man, various photoshops were carried out before i made my choice so i'm pretty convinced i made the right decision! 8-)

nice pics m8 ..... that chap was a bit of a character fair play to him for letting you use the lights tho thought that was pretty cool of him... his leon was sweet to.

Looking so smooth in them pics Phil, hope it looks as good on the new rims as it did on the schmidts!

Did you end up selling the schmidts?

I wonder if trims like those will fit on widened G60's...

first pic looks cool, that was sound of your mate, wheel trims are proper marmite but i spose they only stopgaps, i wonder how many people are gonna be rockin em at ed38 now for scene points

Looking sweet mate .. 8-)
