hi peeps, my mate has asked me to advertise his mk1 golf for him, so here i go.........

Mk1 Golf 1.3 (mk2 driver engine and box fitted)

Starts, runs, and drives - But Has Carb Freeze Issues

Car in good condition apart from a few bits.

Little knock at front end (pass front i think) in which leading edge of bonnet and front wing have been bent / damaged slightly. Not too bad, a new bonnet and a new wing would sort it easily. (no pics available yet, sorry - i will try get some and put them up if anyone wants)

The car has had the swage l;ines filled / smoothed over, and has been fully resprayed in a royal blue colour, however, the car has been standing for a year or so, so needs a polish!

Has full GTi arches, front and rear bumpers.

Car also has Very Very dark tinted windows fitted - but a clear set is provided, so the windows can be swapped easily!!!

The headlining was also removed from the car when it was painted a few years ago, and was never fitted by its previous owner - before my mate got the car. A good headlining is also provided, and so can be fitted when the windows are out!

The car is lowered (approx 40mm) but i have no idea what springs / shocks its on.

No rust/rot issues as far as i know.

Car supplied with a random set of wheels, think it has some steels on it, and some alloys of some description? I can find out more info if needed.

THIS CAR IS A GOOD SHELL FOR SOME1 WANTING A SHOW CAR PROJECT - NON SUNROOF MODEL SO QUITE DESIRABLE THESE DAYS!!!!

Car also comes with M3 style rear lights, and standard headlights - not the ones shown in the pics!

Lots of spares also come with the car, from carbs, to glass, to bumpers, etc etc!!!

And here's a pic of what it looked likewhen it was still on the road a year ago (got a big neglected as my mate bought a GTi, lol). Think you'll agree it's quite tidy!!!
