i think you will find i could buy them from VW only if was stupid enough to pay there prices, also if there is anyone breaking a gti/tdi i could purchase them of them :-D

trust me they are part of the body, you can get votex ones, but are very rare and hard to get hold of

Not all the SE models have them, as I have a 1.4 8V SE. Think it was only the 16V, GTI and perhaps, but not sure, the TDI which had the sporty sideskirts.

you must have a 1.4S then, says mpi on the engine cover right?

all mk5 SE's are 16v also

all SE models do get the sideskirts i'm pretty sure
