Someone has already done the M25 ring. My mate at uni has it on the back of his car. Think they are available on ebay.

Here's his car with the sticker on the back....and yes, it's a Micra with Ronal Turbos

The guy selling the M25ring stickers on eBay is a proper nice chap. I got one off him the other day, and he custom made me a "boxy but good" sticker for my mate's Volvo.

Thinking of other towns with ring roads... Oxford? Basingstoke? Reading IDR?
