Hmm a random idea i know, but it kinda came to me earlier. May or may not work. Someone post a good pictuer for P'chopping - i would, but i dont know where all you guys source the 'good' hi-res base pics.

from then on, someone must post in the thread saying they are currently 'in progress', and the rest must wait til their effort is posted. once its done, someone else posts that they are taking their turn, and so-on until its been well and truly worked - id be interested to see the outcome!
