Car will be broken hopefully by end of next week.

Due to dodgy spacer bolts supplied by a company i have decided to break it.

I will get up pics etc when i can and will dig out all the exact specs of things when i find them.

Therefore everything i have is up for sale:

Professionally rebuilt bottom end

G40 Distributor

New crank on first grind

Also have vernier pulley not on engine atm

Standard manifold and Jetex system

Clutch is organic helix with cover plate etc, only put in in nov at a cost of near £300!

I bought the engine from leec on here last october for £650 and since then have run it in, put about 4k miles on it on a safety map so the engine is loosened up now as it should, have put in the new 310cc injectors for the eaton conversion (£145 i think) and the £300 clutch!

For complete conversion inc loom gbox, rad, slimline fan etc i will quote once have found out what gbox it is.

The supercharger kit is a custom one which i bought from Mattlmr on this forum, it took a little while for us to figure out why it was snapping belts but it turned out to be a crank pulley that was too wide. It was actually booked in to be all connected up for the final time within the next few weeks. When it was running back in november the power it produced even on the safety map was insane. (plus the whining is amazing!)

It has a 19% smaller pulley on the charger and when running produced around 20-22psi.

With the kit you will get the mounting brackets and tensioning pulleys needed to run the charger, i will try and get hold of the correct crank pulley from the garage, comes with the charger and smaller pulley.

i remember posting up before about having to grind the chassis leg away to run this kit but we since found out that as said above it was the crank pulley to blame so dont worry no chassis modifications are necessary.

It has all the plumbing and samco's supplied with it, for and extra £50 you can have the intercooler setup i have too. Its a bmw 330i diesel intercooler, no cracks or splits and the car never overheated, the max temp it ever reached was 90.

I paid £675 for the eaton kit with the charger, since then have improved it with better tensioners etc and solved the belt problem, as have barely used this too am asking around the £600 mark for this too or with intercooler set up £650

May negotiate above prices if all bought together, no promises though!

will post charger kit and oil cooler at buyers expense.

Engine collect only or could meet halfway possibly etc.

I do have a gearbox available too but isnt advertised just yet as i need to check which gearbox it is.

It came with the car when i bought it but i had it rebuilt in oct 06, it has only covered 6k since then but as i didnt know anything about the cars when i bought it (what a mistake) i dont know which gearbox it is and keep meaning to check!

i will post up when i find out.

do you want to sell me the small pulley you have on the charger? do you the original pulley?

not going to split the charger kit as yet mate I'm afraid, i have a standard pulley around somewhere, if the person who buys the kit doesnt want the pulley will discount it and stick a standard one on and will let you know

that looks like the standard pulley there mate, go on you know you want to change it over, you've got a definite sale on the reduced pulley (depending on how much) the Alta pulleys were £60 new on ebay

I second that. Shocked at the price for that. Was expecting a four figure number. The work done, the new parts and the low milage. Mad to sell for that price.

I have seen ones with astro milage go for more than that. Don't end up losing out bump the price up.
