hey guys, just sorting a mk4 rocker cover but want it polishing up!

Spent a couple of hours yesterday smoothing it and removing casting imperfections!

Before, well i'd cleaning it with degreaser and started with 100 grit before taking a pic!

280 grit

600 grit

and finally 1500 grit

want to spend more time going over with 1500 grit, then 2000 grit, then a polishing compound!!

Only a couple of hours!

think it should only take another hour to get up to the standard i want!

little bit more work with the 1500grit

Polishing mops and some autosol will finish that off a treat.
