Nope.. Thats pretty much it.

If it was a MPi it'd be a little different.

bloody hell he's never been right before lol how much is a fair price for a decent nick 1.3 spi and a compatible 5 speed 'box?

I personally wouldn't pay more than 150. You can get a full Mpi GT conversion for £250 which will come with looms, fuel pumps etc etc.

is it hard to do the gt conversion or is it pretty straightforward?

Not really.. Only difference is the engine loom, different inline fuel pump and the GT has a few extra parts like rear anti roll bar, front steering damper, rear brake compensator, bigger rear wheel cylinders.

Do a search on the differences as its been asked a million times before.

as far as I'm aware, and i may be wrong, you might only need the 1.3 bottom end to bolt onto your car for the spi swap

Yeah that could work but it's not ideal. The 1.3 spi setup is different, so you really need the TB, injector, ECU, along with the 1.3 head and inlet manifold as well.

along the lines of this interchangeable stuff, i guess 1.3spi 6n heads and the 1.3 mk3s are the same? So could i run an nz or gt mpi setup on my 1.3 6n?
