guys me and james are tyring to get some cleaning stuff cheaper than what halfords and everyone will sell it for, megs zymol autoglym, what do u want ???

i use the Qd and the clay and scrtach x thats it

Different things for different tasks.

These IMO:

Megs shampoo is crap I prefer Autoglm/Turtle Wax Nano Tech

Megs Clay Bar, very good

Megs Polishes are perhaps the worst polishes I have ever used, I prefer and use Autoglym/Turtle Colour/T-Cut Colour

Meguires Wax, very good.

Sponges, Applicators ect. Meguires

Glass cleaner, Turtle Wax

Glass Polish Autoglym

I have tried so many of these things now and that is the general stuff I buy because IMO it gives the best finish for my budget.

i think he has the same opinion as me

alot of the megs stuff is good alot of it isnt but its all down to opinion i no a detailer called tabs and he uses megs all the time and he gets some quality results.

but i just think there is better stuff out there.

the megs polish's are awfull.

the wax is good but last's about 2 weeks.

also depends what sort of finish you want etc....

for example autoglym super resin polish is good.

if u use 3-4 layers it hides swirl marks and gives a nice shine.

but you need deep pockets

most autoglym stuff is very good. not sure bout meguires but seems popular, and it isnt dirt cheap, so theres a reason for that.

I use MEguiar's clay and microfibre wash mitt, but nothing else I can think of. Wax I use Dodo Juice Diamond White, polish either AutoGlym Super Resin Polish by hand or Sonus SFX range by machine, washing I use AG shampoo. I'll probably be buying Meguiar's applicator pads when it comes to waxing next though. Apparently their drying towel (water magnet) isn't very good either - it scratches.

Meguiars Shampoo Plus, it's the best shampoo I've used. Quick Detailer is very very handy. The APC is not bad. Scratch-X is ok for very light scratches

Hmm just browsing through their site these are the things I would buy if they were cheaper:

Grit guard insert

Gold Class bug & tar remover

Foam applicators pads

Some kind of small detailing brush

Maybe glass cleaner concentrate, I hear it's good

And probably a shampoo of some kind

Whether enough other people would want them or not I don't know :(

Seems you are getting alot of mixed answers, might be worth putting a poll up?

I only ever use Meguirs..constantly buying it...I'll buy pretty much anything out of their range.
