I've just bought a HID kit for my mk4 polo its pretty simple to install but i dont where this connects.

judging by the shape of it, it looks like the plug on a h4 bulb, i'd say it connects to your original light plug, just a guess mind

Yes it does you only need one side liked up.

where did you buy the kit? how much was it?

i bought it from HID-Direct paid 80quid

its a bi-xenon kit low and high beam

temp- 6000k

I paid feckin £100 for my H7 kit for my halos.

Might send them back and order a set of Bi Xenons.

Ill look out for yours tonight if you got them fitted?

Also have a look under the bonnet to see where your ballasts and stuff are?

Yes that 3 pin is a h4 socket, plug it into one of the H4 connectors in your headlights its just to send a signal to the control box for the hi-lo kit basically :)

yea i fitted them looks ace

i just tie clipped the ballasts to the sides did not want to drill holes

nope not yet camera doesnt work but il take some with phone camera

I got mine fitted with them too, even though I aint got pulled over yet, I've got flashed by one driver... strange I dont think I grew more attractive since I installed the kit. Think I'm changing the headlights too (lens and reflector) let us know how much glare your getting off yours, likelihood is mate if yours is giving off too much glare then yours aint gonna pass an MOT. But I cant seem to find any headlights for a 6n MK4 polo, the only guy selling it on ebay sells angel eye ones which are nice but I dont even know what size bulbs they take, because the guy selling it is german and doesnt get a word of english!!!
