Can´t see any difference.

lol try comparing where it says DOHC 16V to the rest of it... that was what the colour used to be!

yer looks pretty good, pretty clean.get some polish on it now.I'm going to do that to mine but in only sohc so not as much to do :-D

get a proper polishing kit to get any of the little scratches out, and hand paint inside the writing DOHC 16v bluee

i was originally going to paint the whole rocker cover matt black and then paint the DOHC 16V blue.. but i might just polish and then paint the writing blue... still in 2 minds ...

so far its looking like this

LOL @ tom... 'sohc...' yeah at least you aint got as much to do but should look sick wen you done... use a soft sandpaper tho

what sort of sand paper did u use

polished will look alot better than matt black

i want a polished rocker cover :p

i used a p100 very lightly until it lost most its grain, when it was smoother i used a little more force to get the shit off

and tomorrow I'm going to use a p400 .. and then a p1000 to get a nice smooth finish... and then polish

it wiull b easier to paint the lettering and then sand it as if u get any outside the writing u can sand it off but if youve already polishe dit youll have to sand it again

yeah i just had a look around

seen a few more covers and what they did... looked mad.. with the reflection in the cover

i spose il try sandin it down in stages until I'm using p1200... and then il post an updated pic...

got something to do next weekend now lol

Should look sweet as when finished! Thing this is one of the next jobs on my list too :)
