Just an idea that's been buzzin' around my head for a while so I thought I may as well put it out there and see what you think .

Dunno if any of you guys would be interested but there's meets in both Taunton and Salisbury on the same day, in the grand scheme of things we're all pretty close to each other. Maybe at some point in the future we could combine both the meets into one .

I reacon it might be a good idea every one meet in the middle of the two some where

sounds lik a plan too me

i suppose the yeovil area is about middle

Just been looking around on google maps and loads of the car parks around the centre pf town dont get locked ideal really

Places like Wicks a couple around the high street and the one at tescos ( they have 3)

i would say bowlplex for sum light entertainment but we would have to park over the road because the speed bumps into there are seriously nasty!!!

or meeting up ham hill as that would be good for photos???

theres also round nine springs quite alot of places now i think of it lol

I went up to ham hill the other day its vv nice up there but when the weather is ok, everyone is up there! i guess not so much in the evenings and there is a pub up there also.

yeah its realy nice up there bring you are down hill bikes too great for it lol...

the pub yes.... its nice but can fit about 10people in it lol...

i guess it would be one of those places to go for a small shoot and a laugh not so much a meet??? especialy if its busy on a good day.

how about some surgestion from the salisbury crowd.

oh and just a thought but if we head slightly more south we can grab some of the bournemouth crowd??? i think theres quite a few from there??? chuck it in the title n see if we get interest lol

yeovil sounds a good idea to me but i dont know the area around there

I no the area quite well can do a scout around some of the carparks on saturday night after work n get an idea of how many locals are 'ripping it up'

Had a look around tonight and other than the police driving around i think theres a few good places

saw quite a few dubs about also

how ever i think tescos is out as the police were up there checking on it while i was looking around

why does it matter hugely about the police?

not like we would be doing anything wrong...

As long as we do nothing wrong then its not a problem, we would only be using them for what they are designed!

I was looking on the net and we could hire the hanyes mini track for the afternoon its not expensive if we get good numbers and its only small so there would be no racing as sutch just a chance to have abit of play and abit of timetrialing maybe if people want to get abit serious about it i dont think you need to have wnything in particular to go out eg roll cage etc.

i thought it would be good, give something to talk about and watch.

ye I'm up for it. when i travel down from exeter to southampton (come on you saints!) i stop of for a breakfast around yeovil... the tescos would be good but theres also a big carpark at like a rest stop picnic place just off the A303, quiet, easy to get to (salsbury lot would come on the 303 one way, the taunton lot from the other) either/anyway. I'm up for it :)

Theres one at the first turning to yeovil (from the taunton side) and theres one on the huge roundabout with all the traffic lights that goes up to street

Is there going to be a meet in Taunton on the 1st Sunday of May? I missed the last one...

bike is shagged i wasted my money :( i hav problems lol

turns out its special and runs on 14v very well ... well i kained alot of cars n bike on it lol... but took it to get valve clearances done and two valves have snapped in the collets which explains my starting and idle problems lol....

I'm tempted to rebuild it! as I'm not guna get my money back and will cost me bout £200 if i do most of it myself.

i just looked on the map for it, its on the A303 before you turn off for yeovil. its off a roundabout, has parking and some loos, and then a grassy area. right out the way too.

Thats quite far for the guys from sailsbury i think although i thats just from looking i havnt worked it out mayb later i will lol
